Delivery terms

We deliver within Germany and Austria.

Unless otherwise stated, delivery time is 2 - 5 working days.

Should a product be unavailable, we will inform the customer immediately.

Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

Right of withdrawal

​

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us by means of a clear declaration.

Warranty and Liability

The statutory warranty rights apply.

We are liable for damages only in cases of intent or gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence...

We are only liable for damages resulting from the breach of essential contractual obligations.
