SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery conditions

We deliver within Germany and Austria.

Unless otherwise stated, delivery time is 2 - 5 working days.

If a product is not available, we will inform the customer immediately.

Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us by means of a clear declaration

(e.g. a letter sent by post or email) about the decision to terminate this contract
